    Today I ate

It's a Saturday night, and I'm up in front of the telly watching France vs. Georgia.

Today was a bit busy, so I didn't really have time to yawn, curl in my chair and go all "Ho hum, let's add another post shall we?"

It's quarter past midnight here in Kuala Lumpur and I'm beyond sleepy, but I can't sleep coz I'm waiting for 2 a.m to bring on the Germany vs. I'm-not-sure-what-country game.

so, I'm parking my bum on the couch and having the telly on real loud so I don't fall into LaLa Land.

HALLELUJAH! France scored! I L-O-V-E Malouda!
Crowd's kinda quiet, though. Understandably, hell, they're playing in GEORGIA.

I'm thinking of blogging on how my day was.
In short, my day was like being in a buffet-spread, I ate a lot today.
And I took some pics, but I still can't figure out how to put pics in between lines of the post.
So, I'll just have to describe the best possible way I can

    ALL HAIL FRANCE!!!!!!!!!
    It's 2-nil, baby!
All together now, S-A-H-A spells "bloody-terrific-2nd-goal-in-less-than-an-hour"!!

    Before I start,
I'd like to state that my last post was due to temporary insanity
I felt bad for not posting up for quite a while
and I was LAZY so I thought, "What the heck, find something funny, put it up and it'll do for the meantime, eh?"
So I visited thesurrealist.com (very reliable for occasional, senseless fun) and hence, did the trivia-thing

It was supposed to come out real nice, with box and borders and all, but I messed up the HTML
So, it looked like I made the trivia up myself really lamely (no, I didn't)

Come to think about it, I shouldn't have to apologize for it
I can write whatever I want, it's my blog nywayz

    FUDGE!
Thierry Henry missed! (but he has quite a nice bum to look at, no?)

    All right then

I was up quite early today

The builders were over to do up the front of my house, and were all banging tools very loudly at roughly around 6 a.m which I personally think is much too early for anyone to be awake for.

All the drilling, grinding etc 'gently' roused me from my very pleasant dream (I was on a yacht to Tobego)

BLOODY HELL, Vieira's goal didn't count
Ah well, Les Bleus still leads (duh)...........

    The game's paused for half-time.

So, I'm switching to Miss Teen USA 2006 which is basically all about girls masking their desires to be world-class whores by pretending to 'care for the environment' or 'love children' when fired questions by judges

It's amusing, really. Any idea who one of the judge is? No clue?

Well, I'll tell you---> it's Drake-bloody-Bell, who used to act in a really stupid kid-show (can't remember what it's called) on Nickelodeon.
And now, a judge for Miss Teen USA. You've come a long way, boy (sarcastically, of course)

    OH MY GOD!
Georgia's Asatiani just went bollocks and did his own goal!!!!!!!!
It's quite sad (for Georgia that is) really
I just keep imagining Asatiani getting snappy wedgies and wet-towelled in the Gents@Locker Room.
He really looked close to tears, shame

    OK, back to my day

I had Roti Telur for breakfast.
It's a bit like Roti Canai, but with eggs innit

Roti Canai's a really yummy dish made from flour and ghee.
The cook makes a dough-ball out of it and toss it the air (like how the Italians toss their pizzas)
and it'll come out all flat and nice

Then he cooks it lightly on a flat pan
Served with dahl sauce, best eaten with Teh Tarik (Google Teh Tarik if you want to know what it is)

    YUM.

Then me, my mom, and my 2 sisters head off to Kelana Jaya to send my car to the garage and to pick up my eldest sister's pre-wedding dress.

Still 3-0, lots of kicking the ball around. No drama whatsoever.
I sense the commentator getting sleepy....so am I.

The pre-wedding is called the 'akad nikah'
It's like saying 'I do'. It's the essence of a wedding
The rest (eg. the dancing, the cutting of the cake, the toasts etc) are just formalities

So, my sister will have 2 ceremonies :
the 'akad nikah' with only immediate families present
    &
the wedding with about 4000 guests comprising everyone my sister has met on God's green earth.

After picking up the dress, we stopped next to a trishaw selling 'marukku' which I can only deem as the work of a genius.
Marukku is an Indian delicacy, I eat it like crisps.

In Malaysia, we have 3 major races : Malay, Indian & Chinese
So, we celebrate all festivities there are, the Eid, the Deepavali, the Chinese New Year, Christmas etc.

And the marukku is my favorite Deepavali snack

Next, we have lunch at Sushi King and I pretty much ate everything on the conveyor belt

Georgia has a free kick..........which did no one any good bcoz it didn't go IN the goal

I did a bit of thinking just now, and I decided I'll just list down what I ate, instead of narrating them (I'm sleepy beyond reason)

    -a plate of Roti Telur
-a tall glass of Teh Tarik
    -a bag of marukku
-Diet Coke (ha! my meagre effort to at least pretend that I'm watching my weight)
-the entire contents of Sushi King and about a barrel of soy sauce
    -a handful of cashew nuts
    -2 bottles of mineral water
    -a couple of Rolos
    -Mango kulfi with raspberries
-half a plate of lamb bariani
    -murtabak

and finally, 2 aspirins and a glass of water for my bloated tummy which is now causing all the air to go up my brain

But hey, I didn't gain anything (not yet, mind you)  when I weighed myself. Go figure.

AHHHHHHHHHHH, the whistle has been blown
    The game is over.
France goes home, a happy boy once again
while Georgia is sent to a corner to have a good, long cry
as for me, I'm happy I stayed awake the entire length of the game

    Oh yeah, My tennis predictions:

    Federer will win straight set.
and Agassi will bite the dust if he goes against Federer
and Nadal will get to show the world once again how having comic-book arms can help him beat the crap out of his opponents
    My money's on Federer though.

And that is all there is, for I can type no more.

ELP?...kinda...the problem is that they air the games too early for my liking and the replays are during work...so in essence - no - BUT I've been reading alot on it and been watching Tons and Tons of replay - but nothing to really blog about. I'm kinda cheering for Portsmouth. they seem to be plaing well. If all fails...GO Arsenal.
